  • ALL PRICES AND OR QUOTES INCLUDE GST AND SUBJECT TO VISUAL INSPECTION.
  • EVERY EFFORT IS TAKEN TO PRESERVE YOUR DATA AS WE UNDERSTAND IT IS IMPORTANT. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT DATA WILL BE AFFECTED YOU WILL NOTIFIED PRIOR. WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST DATA.
  • WE OFFER A 3 MONTH WARRANTY ON ALL REPAIRED PARTS. YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF DEVICE AND OR REPLACED PARTS HAVE ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE, LIQUID INGRESS OR ANY MISS TREATMENT. 
  • AFTER YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN REPAIRED, YOU HAVE 60 DAYS TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEM BEFORE WE RECYCLE IT.
  • WE WILL COVER THE COST FOR THE RETURN POST WITHIN AUSTRALIA.  A $30 HANDLING FEE MAY APPLY TO ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY WHICH WE DEEM NOT COVERED.
  • WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST IN POSTAGE. WHEN SENDING ITEMS TO US WE RECOMMEND USING REGISTERED POST SO YOUR ITEMS IS TRACKABLE. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A LOSS DURING POSTAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO LODGE A CLAIM WITH AUSTRALIA POST.
  • A HANDLING FEE OF $30 WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL REJECTED INSURANCE QUOTES (IN 99% CASES WE CAN GIVE AN ACCURATE QUOTE PRIOR TO HANDLING). IF YOUR ITEM IS UNREPAIRABLE YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
  • WE DO NOT REFUND A REPAIR ON A PHONE THAT HAS CALL BARRING APPLIED BY ITS NETWORK PROVIDER. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE PHONE IS LEGITIMANT. UNLOCKING A PHONE DOES NOT REMOVE CALL BARRING.
  • IF AT ANY TIME A LIQUID DAMAGED ITEM IS RETURNED UNDER OUR 90 DAY WARRANTY PERIOD  AND IS THEN DEEMED BEYOND REPAIR, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED ALL COST MINUS A 1 HOUR LABOUR FEE OF $80.
  • WARRANTY REPAIRS MUST BE RETURNED TO US AND NOT TAKEN TO ANOTHER REPAIRER, THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY WITH US AS WE CANNOT WARRANTY ANOTHER REPAIRERS WORK.
  • UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE IN ANYWAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
